Sujet : Recherche Poste MILLER TIG, 150 AC/DC HF

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai récupéré il y a plus d'un an un ancien poste TIG miller, avec écrit HS dessus ... j'avais fait un essai de fonctionnement pour voir s'il la fonction electrode enrobée fonctionnait (car je n'ai pas encore de torche ni de gaz), et cet essai avait été non concluant ! sauf que plus d'un an après, j'ai réfléchi et en fait je l'avais branché en monophasé au lieu de biphasé !!!

Du coup le transfo fonctionne, j'arrive à faire fondre des baguettes, j'ai commandé une torche d'occasion (35€), une TG18 et je vais faire des essais de fonctionnement normalement le WE prochain.

Mais je cherche toujours le type de ce poste à souder, car le plus proche que j'ai trouvé est le poste econo twin, mais il semble un peu plus ancien que celui que j'ai. Je vous mets quelques photos si quelqu'un a déjà vu se poste à souder.

Je vous mets également un lien vers un video, de la partie HF je supposes, un endroit où il y a plein d'étincelles, savez vous si c'est normal ? sur la notice de l'econo twin que j'ai trouvé, dont l'architecture semble proche, ils parlent de cet endroit en disant qu'il faut un espace de 0.2 mm entre electrode. Bonjour Valtau :)

vous avez eu de la chance car en 230 mono vous avez sous alimenté le transfo
effectivement il ne peut fonctionner qu en 380 ou (400 volts aujourd’hui ) en biphasé
fond il les baguettes arc correctement vous êtes pas très précis sur ce point ( lorsque vous dites j arrive à fondre )

pour la vidéo
il s agit de l éclateur
réglage à 0.20 avec un jeu de cal hors tension évidement:D poste débranché

pour faire un essai (avant de gratter quoi que ce soit sur l éclateur) je vous suggère d attendre la réception de votre torche Tig pour faire le test en réel d amorçage
et si tout va bien ne touchez à rien

il est inutile de s affoler à l avance :o

(pour acier ): soudage TIG DC vous avez d après la plaque signalétique de votre appareil 150 ampères de disponible à 60%

il n en est pas de même en TIG alternatif c est un 90 ampères à 60 % (pour souder l aluminium ) et c est le facteur de marche maxi pour cet appareil en AC
et à cette intensité la consommation du poste atteindra le voisinage de 40 ampères sur le secteur en 400 volts biphasé
votre abonnement EDF peut il supporter cette intensité à voir ?:)




les postes biphasé de plus les traditionnels anciens sont de gros consommateurs d énergie :(
d ou le prix d achat en occasion très attractif
c est du costaud mais revers de la médaille il faut un abonnement qui coute cher en triphasé :(

les éclateurs fatigués ( ternes avec de petites piqures cela peut un peu se bidouiller en les démontant et les polissant avec du papier carrossier mais faites très gaffe pensez à bien débrancher complètement votre poste et même à faire un marche arrêt ( toujours débranché du secteur) avec pince masse en court-circuit en mode MMA, des fois que des condensateurs soient en phases chargés, car dans le bloc Hf il y a de la très haute tension.

souvenirs de vieux TIG SAF où 'il fallait bidouiller régulièrement les éclateurs, les torches refroidies eau de l'époque étaient aussi assez galère, on devait souvent changer cette gaine eau transparente avec la tresse à l'intérieur par laquelle passait le courant.
